When will my products ship out?

Our aim is to have products shipped out within one to three business days.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.  Please allow for up to 30 days delivery.  The times may vary depending on distance and customs process, as sometimes packages can be held in customs.  Please email us if you think there is a problem. 

What are your international shipping rates?

The price depends on your location, please use the shipping calculator in the cart.

What about duties and fees?

Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

 

Other questions

When are you going to ship my products?

If our products are in inventory we seek to ship them out within 24 hours. If an item is backordered we will ship the product out when we receive it. For multiple items (with one being backordered) we will group them together and ship them out together unless requested otherwise.

Can I return products?

You can return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded or online store coupon code sent to the original order shipping address.

Do you sell products locally?

Our long term goal is to get our products in retail locations, barber shops and salons. If you know of a person who should carry our products, please have them contact us by email.

When is your order cutoff time?

We aim to ship items placed before 12pm EST on the same day of the order. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. If there will be a delay in shipping, we will contact you to notify you of any delays and ensure that you get your items as soon as possible.
